Stir 100 ml milk, sugar and the frozen raspberries/kiwi with the hand mixer (which you use to whip up the cream) until you have a nice, firm foam. Take a tall container and start at the lowest level so that the fears don't splash too much.
TIP: The cream becomes nice and creamy and stiff when whipped, but not quite as firm as whipped cream. Let it rest for a few seconds after beating, then the cream pulls on again and becomes really firm, as we know it from cream.
Fill the ice cubes with the milk in a glass.
Spoon the "Zero Coffee" foam onto the milk, add a straw and decorate. Finished! Should be enjoyed immediately and ice cold :-)
